Shipping policy

All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped or is ready for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders over $50, we offer free USPS shipping.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within five (5) miles. For orders under $20, we charge $3.99 for local delivery.

Market Pre-orders and Pickups

You can skip the fees with free pickup at any of our market events. Choose in person pick-up to pick an upcoming market event for pick-up.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you order has shipped or is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your package within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@brownedandtoasted.com with your name and order information, and we will look into it for you.
