    Kind of, but with house made Goldmallow and a browned butter finish, it's in a class of its own.

  • Do you really make your own marshmallow?

    Not just any marshmallow, Goldmallow is crafted in small batches from toasted cane sugar for deep flavor.

  • Are these vegetarian?

    Not currently. We use beef gelatin.

  • How should I store them?

    In a cool dark place for up to 8 weeks. Freeze for up to 6 months- cut before freezing for crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth bites.
